How to put an E-mail form on your Homepage
FormMail is a generic WWW form to the e-mail gateway, which will take the results of any form and email them to the specified user. The following code is an example of how to access our FormMail script. You will need to have experience with setting up forms to make good use of the formmail script. Be sure to test the results before you post the form page. OntarioEast will not provide support for form building.
Once you have filled out the "E-mail address" and "Thank You Page" fields, click on "Create" button and then the "Select All" button. You can then copy (ctrl + c) and then paste (ctrl + v) your code into your webpage.

E-mail address:	Please fill out the email address that you wish the form's contents to be sent to.
Thank You Page:	This is the address of the page that thanks the user for filling out the form. eg: http://www.yourdomain.com/formthanks.html
