Enabling Dial-On-Demand using Internet Explorer 4 and/or Win 98
1. Go to the Start menu, choose Settings, and then Control Panel.
2. Double click on the Internet icon.
3. At the top, click on the Connection tab.
4. Put a dot where it says Connect to internet using a modem and then click settings.

5. Choose auto-dial for the default connection and click OK.
