Enabling Dial-On-Demand using Internet Explorer 3 and/or Win 95
1. Go to the Start menu, choose Settings, and then Control Panel.
2. Double click on the Internet icon.
3. At the top, click on the Connection tab.
4. Put a check in the box labeled Connect to the Internet as Needed.
5. In the box labeled Use the following Dial Up Networking Connection choose Autodial.

6. Click Apply at the bottom of the screen, then OK.
